The 2026 Gillette Children’s Pediatric to Adult Health Care Transition Summit will take place Monday, May 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Wilder Foundation. The overall theme of the 4th Annual Summit is Connection: Humanizing the Health Care Transition (HCT) from Pediatric to Adult Serving Systems.
